One room’s apartment for rent The apartment is situated in a villa in Bromsten. Consists of one room, bathroom, kitchen and storage area. Has a separate own entrance. The room is furnished with a bed, sofa, wardrobe (walk in closet), table, chairs, bookshelf. In the bathroom there is: a shower, a washing machine, washing and drying space. The kitchen is equipped with a combined freezer/fridge, microwave oven, kettle, cooking stove, table with chairs, etc. Access to a garden and veranda with table and chairs – perfect relax space in a nice sunny day. Rent – 5 300 SEK per month, for a period of at least 3 months. Rent shall be paid a month in advance latest on the 26-th (e.g. rent for October to be paid latest by 26-th September). One month rent deposit. To be returned after deductions (if any) at the end of the rental period. Cleaning is not included in the rent. Nearest bus station – Bromstensplan – 100 m to walk. Busses 118 and 512 to subway stations Rissne, Hallonbergen and commuter train (pendeltåg) Spånga.
