Akademisk kvart was founded in 2011 on initiative by SSCO - Stockholm Federation of Student Unions. We are financed by Stockholm’s housing service and by the five largest universities in Stockholm: Stockholm University, Royal Institute of Technology, Södertörn University, Karolinska Institute and Stockholm School of Economics

We are a second-hand housing allocation directly aimed at students. To advertise and apply interest in ad's is completely free for everyone.

Akademisk kvart aims to only transmit accommodation that have a reasonable rent. To enable this we offer general subleasing information, downloadable rental agreements, knowledge of industry frauds and a strict control of persons wanting to sublease. Akademisk kvart is always on top of the housing market in Stockholm.
